This project involved the complete refurbishment of a large semi detached Victorian House in Chiswick.

Designed by Callendar Howarth, a considerable amount of structural work was required to facilitate a large loft extension and a ground floor extension, creating 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a luxurious living and kitchen area.

Other features of the build included the installation of an under floor heating system throughout, a lacquered specialist joinery package, full AV system and 2 seamless wet room installations.

This high specification design included detailed modern finishes that required a precise and careful execution which transformed the house into an exceptional modern family home.
