This scheme was a shell and core fit-out of a basement that added more than 1,000 sq ft to an existing four-storey townhouse in Chelsea.

As well as the basement fit-out, which included the addition of a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, CC Construction also undertook a complete refurbishment of the property.

Working to an ultra modern 'sleek' design, the specification included a new media room, intelligent lighting systems, new timber flooring and a marble-clad bathroom with back-painted glass walls.

Also part of the brief was the re-landscaping of the garden. As part of that package black basalt flagstones were run on through to the kitchen.
