Designed by CC Construction with RM Architecture, a 6,000 sq ft shell was transformed into a cutting-edge and contemporary leisure venue.

Situated in the heart of the City, the project involved the complete fit out of the lower ground floor of a prestigious office building to create a members' virtual golf club.

As well as six virtual golf simulators the club includes a state-of-the-art gymnasium, spa, bars and a dining area.
