This two-phase scheme involved the complete refurbishment of a Grade 1-listed Cubbitt town house in the heart of Belgravia.

As well as the replacement of, and an extension to the existing conservatory, the project included a new steel and glass staircase and a hydraulic glass rooflight.

In addition, CC Construction also added state-of-the-art audio visual and fibre optic lighting systems throughout the 5,000 sq foot scheme.

The finished result is a spectacular London home that provides the client with stylish modern living and quirky design features, including a seahorse aquarium.
