The original integrity of the period elements of the property have been maintained whilst seamlessly being combined with the modern to create a truly unique space.

This project involves the full refurbishment of a turn of the century house, including the addition of a large basement that will significantly add to the footprint of the existing property.

Designer, Douglas Mackie, has imaginatively created a unique design that combines the best of modern practices with the use of traditional materials. The top specification requirements of the project demand exceptionally high levels of detailed finishing, including a beautifully hand crafted staircase and a unique bespoke kitchen and bathroom using traditional building materials.

In addition, a further plant room is being created in the garden to accommodate a state of the art air filtration and heating system. Sophisticated security and AV systems are also being installed using the latest available technology.
