Completed in only eight months, this project for a high-profile client, involved the complete refurbishment and partial rebuild of a Grade II-listed townhouse.

Working to a design by London-based Godrich Design Collective and San Francisco-based Volpe Architects, CC Construction successfully bulit out and project managed the 8,000 sq ft scheme.

In addition to the complicated structural elements demanded by the scheme, the project also involved the craning in of a bespoke marble bath and the complete re-landscaping of the property's garden by award winning landscape gardener Caspar Gabb of Natural Elements Garden Design.
