Cris has more than 18 years experience of the UK construction industry.

After studying Building Technologies and Surveying at university he worked for a Surrey property developer before co-founding CC Construction with Chris Edwards in 1997.

When not working, Cris' other passion is sport, and in particular, Rugby.

Based in Chelsea, the company specialiases in high-end residential refurbishment schemes, but have also undertaken large commercial and development projects. Chris Edwards and Cris Silvano can be contacted on 020 7376 7770.

Chris has 20 years experience in residential construction and refurbishment. As well as having a degree in architecture, Chris has a MSc in Construction Project Management earned while working at leading property firm EC Harris. When not at work Chris enjoys sailing, foreign travel and spending time with his three young children.

Robert joined CC in mid 2009. He has over 8 years experience working in all sectors of the European construction and property markets.

He returned to London after setting up and managing one of the few profitable property firms in the South of Spain, specialising in property investment schemes and project management.

When not on building sites Robert enjoys taking his young family to the countryside.

Neil is an all-round property professional who has been with CC Construction from the start.

As well as an extensive knowledge of the leisure and property market, Neil has worked on a variety of projects ranging from single-unit luxury residential schemes to huge residential apartment developments.

Michel is a qualified BSc (Hons) accountant who has been practicing since 1989 and has worked with CC since it started.

He specialises in construction and property development and in his spare time enjoys the cinema.

Mirna has been with the firm since 2002. She has studied bookkeeping and business studies.

In her spare time Mirna likes travelling and tennis.

Jane originally hails from Manchester. She moved to London in 1988 to work for a large telecommunications company until leaving to have her daughter in 2003. She runs the Marketing for CC from her base in Wiltshire. She is a keen foodie and loves doing stuff with her 7 year old daughter.

Mark arrived in the UK 22 years ago from Melbourne, Australia.

Mark has worked with CC since 2003, initially as a site carpenter before progressing to site foreman. For 17 years beforehand he managed the maintenance and building programmes of a series of bars across London and Bristol.

In his spare time Mark plays lacrosse and hangs out with his two-year-old daughter.

James has been with CC Construction for 7 years. He specialises in managing top-end projects for high-profile clients that demand careful programming and high specification finishes. James' interests include architecture, cycling and surfing.

Before arriving in London from her native South Africa in 2000, Cat worked for a housing company in Johannesburg.

On arriving in the UK she worked for a West Hampstead estate agency before joining the CC team in 2003. Cat is a qualified PADI Dive Master.

Steve has considerable experience as a CC foreman and specialises in challenging structural and civil engineering projects.

He is a bricklayer by trade, and has more than 25 years' experience in the construction industry.

Sami left Kosovo and moved to London in 1997, he now has more than 11 years experience of the UK construction industry.

Sami has worked for us since the company was created, specialising in schemes that require full structural reconfiguration.

Sami loves spending his free time with his three daughters.

Frankie has worked with CC Construction from the day it was formed. He trained as a carpenter and joiner and has more than 25 years experience in both residential and commercial construction. In his spare time he likes hanging out with his children and mountain biking.
